Peters and Cheung Ltd has completed the civil design and construction observation for the project. These include detailed design of 30,000m2 carpark for 750 vehicles, stormwater drainage, flood storage and sediment control pond, 10,000m2 of pedestrian plaza, building foundation construction observation.
The project has been designed in accordance with Peters and Cheung Ltd’s design philosophy - “Design with Nature” with consideration of environmental friendly in mind to start with. All stormwater collected from the pavement surface are naturally treated by grassed swale drains prior to discharging into the pipe network and then stormwater pond.
We were engaged by the client as geotechnical specialist to undertake geotechnical risk assessment for the development of the building and project site.
We were also the designer for the development of innovative structural solution for the $4 million Pou Kapua scripture of the project.
